30 things i would wanna do this month/year. =D
1. Wake up 20 minutes earlier than normal
2. Plan a big task for the week, and focus on just that the entire week.
3. Read something funny and laugh out loud.
4. Set aside an hour for myself.
5. Pay my bills promptly and in time.
6. Show up at least 5 minutes earlier for my appointment.
7. Clear my work desk and keep it clutter-free. ( i will try. VERY HARD )
8. Volunteer for a day. ( done that, might do it again )
9. Eat raw veggie. ( SALAD DAY!!! )
10. Take a power nap. 15- 30 minutes
11. Give something away. (i have and i will)
12. Say 'Thank you to a stranger'. ( waitress, driver, services and so on. )
13. Exercise an extra 10 minutes. ( I will try. )
14. Make time to eat a healthy breakfast. ( Hence, waking up earlier)
15. Empty my closet and give/toss what i don't need. ( i want to, no place to toss)
16. Make the bed as soon as i get up. (i do, unless if i'm late or lazy!)
17. Close your eyes, take a deep breath.
18. Stay away from the computer for 24 hours. ( this is very hard!)
19. Replace has-beens. ( i DO!!!! )
20. Spoil yourself. ( i have 2 weeks ago =D )
21. Stop multi-tasking. (i'd try)
22. Empty your handbag and clean it. ( i do it too! )
23. Turn the phone off for a day. ( hard lar... )
24. Do less for a day. ( does lazy being count? )
25. Take a look in the mirror and tell myself something good about myself. (build up self-esteem time! )
26. Do something fun with someone you like (hmmmm..)
27. Lose an argument. ( i do)
28. Sleep an hour earlier ( this is hard. very..)
29. Meditate ( learning progress)
30. Say no today.
